Mary Murray: Agree. But we are strong together.

I write, because I want to gather with friends and support resistance together.

The main thing is: (1) You and your loved ones, take care of each other; (2) Take time for joy in life; (3) Do things always that please you and help you grow as a person.

Then, and only then, take time for resistance. Read; share stories.

Together we are strong.

I am 76-years-old and have lived in opposition a long time.

The worst tyranny in my lifetime was that of J. Edgar Hoover who, from 1919 to his death in May, 1972, headed the FBI and who had extortion files on all Presidents and First-Ladies and who tried to get Dr. Martin Luther King to commit suicide, before Dr. King won the Nobel Prize.

I have survived truly evil times.

And now, when Trump looms, I have the best circle of friends, and that includes people I meet on this platform (Substack).

Joyce Vance never tires of reminding us, "We are in this together!"
