As you will see below, the National Urban League and 1400 Black Women Leaders have given a ringing endorsement of Biden/Harris.

Elon Musk promises the Trump campaign that he will dig in Elisha‘s well and pour big buckets of $45 Million per month to elect Trump so that Musk can gloat in GOP tax cuts and tax relief, not to say, restricting Musk‘s heavy foreign competition through Trump‘s promised tax cuts.

Democratic leadership acts like the Party is in free fall, while, even by MAGA standards, the Trump/Vance team looks increasingly like the GOP B-Team that we should be able to crush on 5 November.

The GOP, though, are granted a pass by an extraordinary circumstance. The Democrats are at it with what we do best: A food fight among ourselves.

Hey, Fellow Partisans, Alert: Our opponent is not an ordinary, old fashioned Republican.

Not so very long ago, there were party heads on both sides who could disagree civilly on political, economic issues. You might disagree with the economic policies of this or the other center-right candidate, but he or she represented a position one could reasonably argue from economic and political positions.

This cycle it is a crisis. The other guy is not a good-natured Conservative with whom one can engage in respectful, reasoned dialogue.

The other guy — Ivy League products Trump/Vance represent:

1. Immigrants „poison our blood“;

2. The threat of massive deportation of immigrants;

3. The violence of massive encampment of immigrants;

4. The break with the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution through cancellation of birthright citizenship;

5. Abortion bans with no exceptions— they are not embarrassed by the Indiana GOP-state sponsored oppression and persecution of a 10-year-old Ohio girl whose guardians sought to protect her from completing a rape-induced pregnancy (see https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2023/11/02/indiana-attorney-general-reprimanded-abortion-case/71428894007/

6. The packing of a Supreme Court that has put Presidential Power on steroids for criminal conduct, while . . .

7. Racism; Women‘s Health; Democratic values worldwide!

These are winning issues!

Moreover, these are issues that are critical to our American way of life.

With all of America‘s terrible, revolting moral defects — the Native Peoples of America suffered terrible war crimes during our national expansion; the unthinkable horror of slavery and — post civil war, slavery‘s continuation through other means, the waves of lynching and the massive attacks on prospering Black cities (Tulsa, 1921, for example) —- even in the face of these unthinkable crimes, the thread of American ideals of liberty —- from „We the People“ through „We hold these propositions to be self evident, that All Men are created equal, and are endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights“ — there has been a silver thread of liberty and the rights and due process of each person that has inspired the World.

The slaughter of Robespierre during the French Revolution of the 1790s was horrific, but the better lights in 1790s France that destroyed the age-old feudalism from the Middle Ages also promulgated „The Rights of Man“ — these better lights revered the American Revolution and tried — in faulty ways that led to Napoleon— to imitate the ideals of Alexander Hamilton and James Madison.

Hamilton and Madison not only inspired „The Rights of Man“ of the French Revolution, but inspired the better lights of Western Europe — Goethe, Schiller, and in turn Beethoven, with his spine-tingling „An die Freude“ (Ode to Joy — after Schiller) of the breathtaking 9th Symphony.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris carry on this silver thread of Frredom, the unalienable rights at birth of each person, and due process of law and equality of the person.

We have a program that speaks to every woman and girl, every man and boy, every child, all races, all religions or those whose convictions lead them to no religion, to lawful immigrants and to all citizens.

Against the backdrop of a GOP rich in cash from Elon Musk — who has reckless disregard for worker safety — witness the appalling comas a deaths occurring in tragic. The GOP is bound by a Fundamentalist Cult that applies religious law on the bodies and souls of women and girls and their physicians; want to impose a state religion (https://www.cnn.com/2024/06/27/us/oklahoma-schools-bible-curriculum/index.html); stigmatizes LGBTQ; and perverts education of our precious kids through the whitewashing of that vile, dehumanizing institution, Slavery (https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/new-florida-standards-teach-black-people-benefited-slavery-taught-usef-rcna95418).

The Biden/Harris team must turn „Happy Warrior“, and must do so now, with only 108 days till 5 November.

First, enlist Kamala Harris, Gretchen Whitmer, and Kathy Hochul to stir up the voter base over

1. Women‘s and girls’ health rights;

2. Workers‘ rights; labor unions;

3. School safety against military-grade weapons;

4. Schools strong in literacy, math and science;

5. Separation of Church and state;

6. Growth of new industry through technology development in sustainability;

7. Exploration and development of Natur resources for new forms of ener;

8. Stimulation of research and development in growing industries and agriculture;

9. The fostering of small and minority-owned enterprises; and,

10. Tax relief for the 90% that are not in Elon Musk‘s privileged elite.

This list is only a start.

The other day, 1400 leaders among Black women protested the Democratic malaise in face of a critical Presidential race that will also determine the fate of the House and the Senate. Here is the powerful letter:

Don‘t ever forget that Black women in Alabama put Democrat Doug Jones — a prosecutor with an admirable Civil Rights record — in the Senate, amply defeating the sexually troubled GOP Roy Moore in 2017: https://www.washingtonpost.com/special-election-results/alabama/

The letter of these leaders point out that 2024 is a political race that represents a stark contrast between the Light of American values from the Declaration of Independence against the GOP that has consciously entered The Dark Side.

Already in February 2024, the National Urban League issued its“Evaluation of Progress Report for the Biden/Harris Administration,“ which reads as a 20-page program for re-election.

Some of the chief points the National Urban League brings out are:

1. Biden/Harris has the most diverse cabinet ever;

2. The 14.8 Million Job boom of Biden/Harris has added 2.6 Million jobs for Black persons;

3. $1.9 Trillion American Rescue Plan to rebuild after COVID-19;

4. Poverty recovery for 716,000 Black children;

5. Addition of 14.8 Million jobs in three years, 2.6 Millions for Black workers;

6. Strong cut in inflation;

7. A 5.7% increase in real insofar Black Americans;

8. Strong investment in apprenticeships for young persons;

9. The Administration’s investment in venture capital has more than doubled the number of Black families owning their own businesses/from 5% before, to now 11%);

10. The Administration’s $5 Billion investment in USDA programs resulting in funding of $4 Billion for Black and disadvantaged farmers;

11. The Administration’s resolve to prevent urban projects from disrupting or destroying Black neighborhoods;

12. Biden/Harris‘ $20 Billion investment in broadband internet to expand the resources available to all Americans;

13. $39 Billion in emergency child care support during COVID and $24 Billion to ensure childcare centers can stay open for working families;

14. $130 Billions to support education;

15. $1 Billion boost to the Head-Start Program;

16. $7 Billion for HBCUs;

17. A Pell-Grant increase of $900.00 that benefits 70% of Black undergraduates;

18. Junior and technical college support from the Administration.

The above are only a small sampling from the NationalUrban League‘s detailed analysis of the progress made for all Americans during the first term of Biden/Harris.

Let the team be Biden/Harris. But, if we are loyal to Joe: Mr. President, Debate the senile Donald J. Trump, and this time pull of the soft gloves and battle like a touch, happy warrior and push the racist rants fuming out of the Orange-Gas back into his tyrannical craw!

We owe it to you to support Biden/Harris.

And, by God, you, Mr. President, owe it to all Americans to show the happy, ebullient spirit at the next debate and to challenge the foe to more! As our worthy nominee, it is fair to expect you to smash the foe to his face!
